Join me at next week's Copley Chamber meeting featuring Noel Blaha, the new President and General Manager of the Akron RubberDucks. Noel will share highlights from his 20-year journey in Minor League Baseball — from a home run derby on an aircraft carrier to controversial team rebrands, navigating sustainability during COVID, and ultimately returning to Ohio. He’ll also give us an inside look at the next chapter of RubberDucks baseball and how the organization continues to strengthen its connection to the community while providing affordable, family-friendly fun in Northeast Ohio. We’re excited to welcome him and hear more about the future of one of our region’s most beloved teams. And this is a great opportunity to check out Copley's new Community Room! Join us for networking from 11:30 – 12:00. The meeting will begin promptly at 12:00, followed by additional networking from 1:00 – 1:30. A buffet lunch from Wrap City will be available. Members with included lunch benefits may use their tickets, while Classic members, guests, or anyone requesting additional lunches may purchase buffet tickets for $16. Monthly Meetings are free for members. Non-members are welcome to attend one time each year as a guest. |
