Welcome to the November edition of Living OUTSTANDING! November has been a month wrapped in magic, warmth, and small delights—the kind that make you pause and smile in the middle of busy days. From a cinematic experience I’m completely Obsessed with to meaningful Updates that blended creativity with gratitude, the month was full of standout moments. I rediscovered the joy found in simple Treasures, and the screen lit up with unforgettable Sounds & Stage moments that stirred my heart. A surprising bit of car Tech made my life easier in ways I didn’t expect, while Anticipation is building for a favorite community tradition returning soon. A refreshed Networking format sparked deeper connections, and new Discoveries reminded me how much I love exploring people, places, and experiences with fresh eyes. Inspiration struck as I start to look for unique holiday gifts—and a Notable read stuck with me long after I finished it. And as always, I close the month with deep Gratitude—for friendships, for time well spent, and for all the outstanding moments that made November shine. As we head into the holiday season, I hope this edition encourages you to savor the magic in the everyday and hold close the moments that make life feel truly outstanding. This month, my heart belonged to all things Wicked. I am a huge Wizard of Oz and Wicked fan, so I jumped at the chance to attend an early screening of the latest Wicked movie at the B&B Theater in Macedonia last Monday. The experience blew me away. Not only was the movie everything I hoped for, but the theater itself was just as enchanting—real food on the menu, big cushy reclining seats, and best discovery of all... heated seats. Yes, heated seats! And when the movie began, the sides of the theater lit up with extended visuals, wrapping the entire room in the story. I was in shock! Truly one of the most magical movie experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back! (Btw, I assume the extended visual feature is only in their "X" theater.) |

My Wicked obsession spilled delightfully into my business life this month. I hosted a Wicked-themed client appreciation event—complete with Glinda and Elphaba drinks, themed treats, and special touches sprinkled throughout. It was such a joy celebrating the people who support me year after year. I say it often, but it’s true: “Because I knew you, I have been changed for good.” |

Sometimes the most ordinary item becomes the biggest gift. Since I work from home quite a bit—and occasionally from the couch—my lap desk has become an everyday essential. It was a gift from a friend, so I don’t have a link, but there are plenty of similar ones out there. The padding, the stability, the way it turns a cozy spot into a functional workspace… such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. |

No surprise here: my favorite movie/show this month was Wicked For Good—pure joy! But I also binged All Her Fault on Peacock, and oh my gosh… incredible. If you’re looking for a suspenseful, binge-worthy watch, add this to your list. |

Big change this month: I traded in my 2013 Toyota Sienna (after 230k faithful miles!) for a 2026 Honda Odyssey. Let’s just say… technology has evolved slightly in the last decade. I’m loving the Bluetooth connection for calls, the updated dash features, and I’m very excited to try the remote start this winter. Still learning all the bells and whistles, but so far, I’m impressed! PS- if you're looking for a stress-free car buying experience, reach out to Barry Irwin at Ohio Concierge Auto Purchasing. |

This month took me on a new adventure to Amish country—but instead of just shopping and eating, we wanted an actual experience. Enter Amish Table Talk.
One of their offerings is dinner inside an Amish couple’s home. I went with a friend and our daughters, and it was such a unique, meaningful experience—great conversation, delicious food, and a beautiful window into their way of life.

This month, my heart is full from a visit with my college friend Laura and her daughter. We had such a wonderful weekend—full of laughter, catch-up conversations, and easy moments that felt like no time had passed at all. There’s nothing like old friends to ground you and fill your cup. I was especially excited to have a young child to take to the new Croghan park so I had an excuse to go and try out the new slides, which were awesome. I'm like a big kid sometimes:) |
