| I hope this message finds you happy, healthy, and warm. In place of my standard monthly real estate newsletter, I’m excited to share my annual Year in Review — a reflection on the moments, milestones, and memories that shaped this past year in my real estate journey and life. 2025 was a year of growth, connection, and impact — both professionally and personally. From navigating market shifts to expanding my community outreach through events, educational content, and meaningful relationships, I’m deeply grateful for the trust you continue to place in me. Your support, referrals, and engagement are what allow me to do what I love every day: helping families navigate life’s transitions and celebrating the moments that matter most. In this newsletter, you’ll find market highlights, business milestones, client stories, community engagement highlights, and a look ahead at what’s coming in 2026. Let’s take a moment to celebrate the wins — big and small — that made this year outstanding. II'd love to hear about what you're focused on for 2026 and how I can help you. |

Helping Families Buy & Sell |
Helping Families Buy & Sell |
Five years ago, I took a leap into real estate — not just to sell homes, but to help people find their place in this outstanding state we call home. Along the way, I’ve met incredible clients, built lasting friendships, and grown more grateful every day for the trust you’ve placed in me. As I look back, here’s a snapshot of my business to date: Closed Volume: $18.4M across 71 transactions Price Range: $33,000–$965,000 (average $259,529) Clients Served: 61% sellers / 39% buyers By Life Stage: Primary Focus: Summit County (61%), with clients also served in Cuyahoga, Medina, and Stark counties
Behind every number is a story — and it’s been a privilege to be part of so many important chapters. I’m especially grateful for the trust my clients place in me — this year I was thrilled to receive 18 new reviews, bringing me to 53 five-star reviews, and the majority of my business continued to come from referrals. One review perfectly captured how I hope every client feels: “I’ve bought and sold several homes over the course of my lifetime and Erin is the most capable Realtor I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She was ultra attentive; listened to understand; and represented our interests at every turn. She was competent, responsive, helpful, and added tangible value. I recommend her services without reservation.” - Randy
Every transaction is different, but a few stories from 2025 stand out to me: A first-time homebuyer who went from first contact to closing in just 32 days — landing the perfect home with time to spare before her lease ended. A grandmother relocating to be closer to her grandchildren, who found the right condo after seeing just one home and is now enjoying her time with family. A family making a move for more land and privacy, starting with a casual “just curious” conversation and quickly turning into a confident purchase and subsequent home sale.
A simple message like this often sets the whole process in motion: |

Many of these stories started because someone took a moment to make an introduction — something I never take for granted. If you ever think of someone who could use my help, the easiest way to connect us is usually a quick three-way text introduction. It keeps things simple and comfortable for everyone. |

While my YouTube channel wasn’t a major focus for me in 2025, it continues to receive views and add value. I still get calls from people who found me through these videos, which tells me they’re being watched and helping in real ways. My channel has become a library of educational real estate content and Northeast Ohio lifestyle videos, along with past videos created for the Outstanding Ohio Facebook group — all organized by theme for easy browsing. Check it out for fun recipes and everyday life hacks. You never know what you might learn… two of the most popular videos are how to secure a plastic tablecloth and how to cook hot dogs in a crockpot. 2025 YouTube at a glance: |

Grateful for my Relationships |
Grateful for my Relationships |
One of the things I value most about this work is the relationships I’ve built — with my clients and with the incredible network that supports my business. In 2025, 75% of my business came from referrals, and I don’t take that trust lightly. I truly enjoy finding ways to show my appreciation for the people who have contributed so much to me and my business. Last year, I hosted a few really fun and special events to show my gratitude: A car wash and detailing event in the spring The second annual Fall Family Foto Day, complete with a family photographer, hot cocoa, fun games, and a make-your-own pie bar A private showing of Wicked for Good at the Highland Theater
These events are my way of saying thank you and celebrating the relationships that mean so much to me. (And let’s be honest — I’ll take any excuse to throw a party!) I’m already planning my 2026 appreciation events. |

Giving back continues to be one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do. 2025 was my second year serving as Board President of the Copley Chamber of Commerce, where I’ve been able to help guide the organization’s strategic direction while supporting the local businesses that make our community strong. I was honored to receive the NOACC Bright Star Award in October for my contributions to the Chamber. I once again organized a Euchre tournament benefiting Sawyer’s Wish, an organization that brings comfort and color to hospitalized children through vibrant bed sheets. I also coordinated the 3rd annual survivor football pool fundraiser with proceeds going to Zane’s Inc. to help support individuals and families with special needs across Northeast Ohio. Through my involvement with WITAN (Women in Touch with Akron’s Needs), I volunteered alongside an inspiring group of women with organizations like Blessings in a Backpack, St. Bernard’s, Akron Zoo, Ohio Mart, and Akron Rotary Camp. New for 2025, I started hosting monthly craft nights — a fun, low-key way to bring people together, get creative, and give back. Instead of a fee, participants donated money that was granted to Carve Your Own Path, a local organization focused on mental health and well-being. Each of these experiences was a reminder of how powerful it can be when people come together with a shared purpose. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, or supported these initiatives along the way. I’m looking forward to continuing to find ways to give back in 2026! |

Beyond work, this year also brought moments I’ll always treasure. I was once again blessed to be able to weave in some amazing experiences with my family while managing my growing business this year. Highlights included a volleyball trip to Europe with my daughter Abby, going to Lollapalooza with my family in Chicago, and seeing my girls honored at the Akron Children's Charity Ball. |
